Colorado’s Payday Advance Industry Regulation- A fact sheet on state law regulating the payday advance industry. In 2000, COFISCA working with Colorado Legislature enacted one of the most rigorous payday regulatory reform measures in the country, a comprehensive piece of legislation that soon became model legislation for the rest of the country.
